Ever wondered how to paint in watercolor? Ever wondered how artists get those smooth color transitions in the sky of the very sharp and crisp lines of pine needles? Whether you are creating wall art or greeting cards, this is a great place to start your watercolor journey. Our watercolor classes are designed to nurture creativity and unique artistic expressions. Once inspired, you will find watercolors to be very affordable and portable, allowing you to travel with your passion. Whether you are sitting at the airport or on a plane, in a hotel room, watercolors can give you a small dose of feeding your soul with goodness. We welcome any and all skill levels in this 2-hour instructional class. You will learn to become comfortable with watercolor paints, some basic techniques on a practice canvas of watercolor paper, then paint a couple of masterpieces. This class not only comes with your own paints, a brush and some paper to take home, it also comes with one free invitation to a watercolor social that we offer on Tuesdays from 3-5 pm. *Materials included* Class Details: Duration: 2 hours Size: Varies Skill Level: All skill levels are welcome Materials Provided: All necessary materials and tools are included Instructor: Instructed by our own passionate and talented watercolor instructor, Diane Terese Pick-Up: Take home artwork the same day
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Art for the Soul Classes We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your class registration. To accommodate such situations, we have established the following cancellation policy: General Policy: 1. Cancellations Made 3 days or More Before Class: o You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future class without any additional fees. 2. Cancellations Made Less Than 2 Days Before Class: o No refunds will be issued. However, you may reschedule to a future class with a $20 rescheduling fee. 3. No-Shows: o No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows. Special Circumstances: • Medical Emergencies: o If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, please provide a doctor's note, and we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option without any fees. • Studio Cancellations: o In the rare event that Art for the Soul needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, extreme weather), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without any fees. How to Cancel or Reschedule: • Contact: Send your cancellation or rescheduling request through our contact form via artforthesoul.org. • Phone: Call us at 386-238-9026 during our office hours (Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
